Standard Terms & Conditions Policies
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking when booking is no more than 10 working days prior to the first day of training, when full payment is required.
Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction.
All course fees including deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, Flawless Luxe Training Academy cannot take any responsibility for cancellations of courses including the current pandemic.
If the student partakes in their chosen course and decides it is not suitable for them again no refunds/transfer of funds paid will be issued as it is the students responsibility to research the treatment they wish to train in prior to commitment.
Cancellation or Transfer of Training Dates
Should you be unable to attend a confirmed training date for medical reasons, a valid medical certificate covering the named student and day of the booked training will be required to be able to reschedule. Under medical or compassionate circumstances (proof of which may be required) and where immediate reschedule might not be possible; a credit for all or part of the course fee may be placed on file as a gesture of goodwill. Credits will be valid towards training courses only and run for a period of up to 6 months from the date of issue at which time the course fees would be forfeited. No refund of course fees can be issued. If the student needs to cancel their course, a course cancellation fee of £95 will be charged per day where applicable.
In the event that Flawless Luxe Training Academy should have to cancel your course for reasons outside of our control; We will aim to give our students at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation by telephone and/or email. The Academy is not responsible for any accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses. Flawless Luxe Training Academy will aim to provide live models for our students but there is no guarantee, especially due to the current pandemic as if any models appear to be unwell they will not be allowed into the academy. In order for certification to be gained for majority of courses you will be expected to work on live models so you the student may need to bring their own models if required as it will not be the responsibility of Flawless Luxe Training Academy.
*For our Lip Filler Courses both foundation and advanced students need to supply their own models that ideally have had no previous dermal filler lip enhancements.
For a majority of our courses certification will be issued upon completion of the training day, however some courses do require case studies prior to certification.
Please note it is the students responsibility to check course pre-requisites and insurability cover prior to your training, it is not the responsibility of the Academy and deposits are non-refundable if found not to be suitable for your chosen course.
•Students are required to attend on time.
•Classes will commence promptly, irrespective of whether all students are present.
•Classes will not be delayed to wait for latecomers, and teachers are not responsible for repeating work missed.
•Students must achieve 100% attendance
•Paying for and attending a course fully does not guarantee a qualification, diploma or certificate of achievement.
•Awards of achievement are gained by the successful fulfilment of the criteria and assessment set out by the Course Tutor.
Confirmation of Bookings
Once you have booked a training course you will receive an email containing the course details, training location, local food establishments & recommended accommodation within 48 working hours.
Online Training Courses
•Full payment required upfront
•Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
We can't guarantee that follow up sessions can be provided if required, as it is subject to courses being run. If you do require additional treatments and the academy do not have any courses running the model discounts may not be offered and only full price services will be available.
For our special events promotions i.e. Black Friday, Christmas, New year etc students will be required to bring their own models for their practical assessment.
